HOPE FOR YOUR LIFE

“The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly.”

Isaiah 60:22

It is impossible to describe everything the Lord wants to do through those who yield their lives to Him, because the Lord becomes the strength for the conquest that takes place for His children. Those who come first as well as last, will become successful in His powerful hands.

When baby sharks are confined to an aquarium, their process of growth is limited to such a degree that they reach old age measuring only a few centimeters long. However, if they are left free in the ocean, they will recover their normal size in a very short time. The same happens with an individual who is born of the Spirit. It is probable that a person has experienced a lot of terrible blows in life, or has been limited in his view of what life is and does not understand the Kingdom of God. But, once he is born of the Spirit, he begins to grow and mature. It is all because that person has been born of the Holy Spirit in power and in faith!

You need to be born of God. Concerning men of faith in ancient times, the letter to the Hebrews says, “…through faith conquered kingdoms, administered justice, and gained what was promised; who shut the mouths of lions, quenched the fury of the flames, and escaped the edge of the sword; whose weakness was turned to strength; and who became powerful in battle and routed foreign armies” (Hebrews 11:33-34).

God helped them! How did Moses face Pharaoh, the most powerful man on the Earth, and defeat him without using a single weapon? He accomplished it by the authority of the Word, and the enemy’s entire army perished due to Moses’ authority.

Do not let problems devastate you. Do not let difficulties make you believe that you are of no worth. Now, you can receive a new breath inside of you, you can get a new strength where you are weak, and stand on your feet knowing you are a conqueror! The dream of God is to make a warrior and a conqueror out of you, but you must believe Him in your heart.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
“At three and a half months, our son Jusef was diagnosed with an abscessed adenitis (a node inflammation with bacterial infection). Since the inflammation kept growing very fast in an unusual way and the node was very close to the carotid artery, the baby’s life was at risk. The pediatrician said that Jusef could die in the span of twelve hours unless the bacterium was controlled, and that surgery was the solution.

This was the most difficult experience we lived through together with our child, but at the same time it was our best experience with God.

Our fellowship with Him improved, our faith in Him grew. We placed our baby in God’s hands knowing that if He took him to Heaven, he would be better with God. This experience taught us how to pray.

It was very difficult to watch Jusef fighting the disease while we could only remain at his side. We spent days and nights praying without ceasing, applying the blood of Jesus, and asking for a miracle. It was here that our hearts were changed. We found out the real meaning of waiting on the Lord, and of having faith when doctors and circumstances said the opposite. The Lord kept us praying not only for our baby, but also for other children. We began praying for our own need, but God led us to intercede for other people and families.

Jusef spent twelve days in the clinic. God performed the miracle and healed him without surgery or drainage, with no long-term effects. When he left the clinic, he had not lost any weight. We understood that there was a purpose in all this. God’s purpose was to form us into conquerors, to teach us to believe in the midst of adversity and that God has all things in control. Sometimes, difficult situations like this, are the best to make us mature in God.” (Pastor Sandra Guerrero)
