DESCRIPTION:Encounters are about transformation. Throughout the Bible\, we see that the lives of men and women were changed after encountering God face-to-face. The Encounter Weekend provides an opportunity to get away from the daily distractions of life in order to focus on experiencing God in a fresh way. \nWHO CAN ATTEND THE ENCOUNTER WEEKEND?\nThe Encounter Weekend is open to anyone who has completed the Pre Encounter classes.  Due to the subject matter that’s addressed at an Encounter\, the minimum age to attend is 13 years old. \nHOW DO I REGISTER TO ATTEND?\nRegistration is $60.00 per person. You can register online (see link below) or in-person at the LifeSource Bookstore (before or after church services). If registering online\, a small processing fee will be applied.  \nWHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?\nWe encourage everyone to bring a Bible and something to take notes with.  Snacks are provided throughout the weekend.  Breakfast\, lunch and dinner are provided on Saturday. \nWHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEKEND? \n\nFriday:  Check-in opens at 6:30pm.  Sessions start at 7pm and end around 9:30pm.\nSaturday:  Check-in opens at 7:30am.  Sessions start at 8am and end around 6:00pm.\nSunday:  Check-in opens at 1:30pm.  Sessions start at 2pm and end around 4:45pm.\nWe encourage all Encounter attendees to join us for the Encounter Celebration at the Sunday Evening Service in Honolulu (6pm).

We believe that prayer is vital to loving our city back to life. There is something very powerful that happens when God’s people unite in prayer and intercession.
