A Dream Fulfilled

Hey Kids!

Did you know that God can speak to you through dreams?  Yes, through dreams, He gives us a picture like a movie of His plans for us.  His plans for us are always good and never bad. 

And because God is a big God, He always gives us gigantic dreams!!!  Like the big blue whale, or like King Kong!!!  Yeah, God’s dream for us is so huge that it seems impossible to come true.  And it is impossible if you do it yourself.  These dreams can only be done with God’s help and His power.  God gave you His dream because He knows you have faith in Him to make it happen.  He is your best friend, your buddy who will be by your side to make it come true.  

Joseph, our superhero for this month had a dream that no one believed could ever come true.  He was teased and bullied for the dreams God gave Him.  But, because Joseph believed, it did not matter that everyone else did not believe.  Joseph saw his dreams coming true even before they happened.  He never gave up or quit believing in the dream God gave him even though, it took a long time.  He knew God was powerful to make it happen.

Kids, did you know that the dream God gives to you is the dream He has for you?  He dreams about you all the time.  He dreams of you doing great things for him, yes you!  When God gives you a dream you must keep those dreams alive by speaking them out loud!  Think of yourself doing God’s dream. Write it down or draw a picture of it where you can see it every day.  And never give up on God’s dreams for you, even if no one believes. God gave you dreams to help others and to change the world!  Just listen and obey God every day and he will for sure make His dreams for you come true.  

This Week’s Pledge of Honor

God has great plans and dreams for me that are good and not evil.  I know He will make my dreams come true because nothing is impossible with God.
