“Love never dies. Inspired speech will be over some day; praying in tongues will end; understanding will reach its limit. We know only a portion of the truth, and what we say about God is always incomplete. But when the Complete arrives, our incompletes will be canceled.”

1 Corinthians 13:8-10 (TMB)

Jesus is our Complete, and when He arrives, He fills all the cracks.

There is this great exchange that comes when we wait on Him, but sometimes we don’t see God in our moments. We look at our season and can’t see God’s blessing. So, we think something is wrong. What needs to change is our perspective. If we are open, we will see God in every season!

My life Rhema Word from God is and has always been Matthew 5:8: “What bliss you experience when your heart is pure! For then your eyes will open to see more and more of God.”

All I have ever wanted is to see more and more of God, and God honors my true heart desire, my design. I was created and formed in the presence of God! It’s hard to explain, but I just love Him!

No love can compare to the love that is my complete, my beginning and end. As we make Jesus our Vital Need, anything outside of that will never be good enough! And that is the point of His love. Heaven and earth collide in our fulfilled desire for Jesus—Emmanuel, God with us.

We’re supposed to want Him more than anything else! I know it sounds radical, but Jesus isn’t a seasonal “Christmas Card” Lord. He’s our everyday, always wants to know what we’re up to, Lord! He is saying, “Let Me watch that Disney movie with you!”

My eyes are seeing Jesus. He’s filled the cracks and is the Complete Love who has always been waiting!

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
I’ve always seen myself as one who is good at pouring out love, or at least I’d like to believe that of myself. However, I have come to a place where I only want the Love of God to pour through me. I want love to flow from my pure, complete heart. I want to give out His pure love so that everything I do is truly from Him and not from me.

That may sound “extra,” but what can I say? He made me “extra,” and that’s okay! I’m not too much. In Him, I’m the right much! (Alexis Sepulveda)
