DON’T DULL A SHARP EDGE

But be on your guard. Don’t let the sharp edge of your expectation get dulled by parties and drinking and shopping. Otherwise, that Day is going to take you by complete surprise, spring on you suddenly like a trap.

Luke 21:34 (TMB)

A lack of expectation is what keeps the ordinary from becoming extraordinary. The belief that “what has always been is what will always be” dulls the sharp edge of expectancy in the believer’s life. Faith in God’s Word unlocks your imagination and pushes you to think beyond average. God gives dreams, ignites expectancy and expands vision. Keep your edge.
