DON’T GROW WEARY

“So let’s not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don’t give up, or quit.”

Galatians 6:9 (TMB)

God has bestowed upon us so many great and precious promises in the Scriptures. Many get excited at the hearing of good news! God is our Provider! He is our Healer! The Lord is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we can dare ask or think! He makes a way where there seems to be none!

We begin to venture out on this faith-filled journey expecting breakthrough in our lives. But after a season of waiting for the promise to be fulfilled, the enemy attacks with the force of disappointment. He begins to flood our heart and mind with doubt and unbelief. We cannot stop those thoughts from coming, but when we entertain and ponder upon them, then will affect our faith.

The Word of God teaches us that we must be quick to cast down negative thoughts. Death and life are in the power of the tongue! Therefore when thoughts of doubt and unbelief begin to bombard our mind, we must persevere and continue to speak the language of faith! Only then can we be one step closer to obtaining our breakthrough.

Do not allow your faith to grow fatigued. Feed your faith with the Word and exercise it through prayer. God is faithful and He will always come through for you. Have faith, stand firm, speak His promises and waver not. If God be for you then there is nothing the enemy can do to prevent God’s promise to you from coming to pass!

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
What are you believing God for? Have you allowed doubts to cloud your mind? Have you allowed reasoning to get in the way of your faith? Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. His Word will not return to Him void. It will accomplish that which please Him. The Lord takes great pleasure in seeing you walk in His divine blessing, protection and favor. (Patti Matanza)
