Dreamers & Rescuers
We’ve got a mission to fulfill! Isn’t this exciting? “Yes, Lord,” we say! We are on fire and in pursuit, talking and sharing the Gospel with anyone willing to lend you an ear!
You started building and forming and then you started coasting and regressing. If we aren’t progressing we are regressing. Stagnant becomes stale and eventually withers to regress. So, stagnation is never truly in play.
We can’t find ourselves consumed with matters of life…uninspired. We must be consumed with His Word, His presence, and His vision! Have you stopped fanning? Fan the flames my friend!
Can we get serious for a moment? What will it take to get radical about God’s mandate? To carry out His vision, reproduce it in others, and share the message of salvation?
The harvest is plenty! We are the hands and feet of Jesus; let’s get going; there is no time to waste! Our lives should be purposeful with His vision at the center of it all! Can we get out of our own way and allow the Holy Spirit to do His great work in us and through us?
What is preventing you from winning?
What is stalling you from consolidating?
What is hindering you from discipling?
What is stopping you from sending?
Is your answer to this last question tied to the first question? If you aren’t winning, you cannot ultimately send, and the cycle of multiplication then ceases. We are called to multiply!
“Don’t excuse yourself by saying, “Look, we didn’t know.” For God understands all hearts, and he sees you. He who guards your soul knows you knew. He will repay all people as their actions deserve” (Proverbs 24:12 NLT).
Wow! The Bible is telling us there is no excuse! When we get in the game, so to speak, we play to win!
Imagine a football team with a starting lineup that has no will to train, no will to do the work, and ultimately no desire to win. No matter how great and passionate their head coach is, his team along with the head coach will undoubtedly see themselves at the end of the line with no hope of a Super Bowl victory. There is simply no vision here. Now imagine another team, with a starting lineup of players that rise early to train, feed their bodies healthy food for fuel, dream, envision, and speak of winning the Super Bowl. Well, the difference here is evident and the future is certainly bright for this particular team.
Are we dreaming? Dreaming the dreams of God? Do you have vision? Vision of your 12? The 144 and beyond? We’ve got to dream, and we can’t ever stop! It’s in our DNA to dream! When Jesus paid the price on the cross, He gave us His DNA, and He is designed to dream! So if Jesus is living on the inside of you, it’s time to wake up to the God kind of dreams that He has placed inside of you! Don’t sleepwalk this life! It’s time to come alive and be a rescuer! Change My Story
If you have stopped dreaming, today is your day to begin anew! Begin to dream the God kind of dreams and run with the heavenly vision of the Government of 12. As Pastor Cesar says, “Dreams are the language of the spirit”! Spend time with the Holy Spirit, and He will awaken you to receive vision!
Today’s Declaration
Father, I thank You for the dreams that You have placed inside of me—these dreams that You gave me and that are aligned with Your will and purpose for my life. I will rescue those that need rescuing and share the Gospel with those You have placed in my path! I come alive with my God-given dreams and vision! Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and grace! In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
