The Ladder of Success
The Ladder of Success is a four-step process of that every church in the G12 Vision implements in order to fulfill the Great Commission: Win, Consolidate, Disciple and Send. Win is about leading people to faith in Christ. Consolidate is about caring for new believers until Christ’s character is formed in them. Disciple is about training people for leadership and ministry. And Send is about multiplying our reach and influence through Life Groups.
The Worldwide Impact of the G12 Vision
Thousands of churches from around the world have embraced the G12 Vision as a means of sharing the gospel and making disciples. This vision has equipped churches of all sizes and denominations to fulfill the Great Commission. The network of G12 churches gather throughout the year at regional and international conferences in Colombia, North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Pacific.
