But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 15:57 (NKJV)

God has already given you the victory! Jesus had fought the battle of the ages when He defeated the devil on the Cross. When He was resurrected, the angels, no doubt, gave a victory shout! Now that you are in Christ, the victory has been give to you too. Just as Jesus triumphed over death, hell and the grave, you have too! You are seated with Christ in heavenly places and you have been made joint-heirs with Him!
