Learn to encourage yourself in the Lord!!! Dr. Jerry Savelle once said, “Before we can get our stuff back, we’ve got to get our joy back.” He also said, “If the devil can’t steal your joy, he can’t keep your goods.” When you’re in the middle of what seems to be an unchangeable situation, your strength can run out fast. Encouraging yourself in the Lord renews that strength and empowers you to rise above the distress.
