Jesus, the Most Powerful Weapon
Hey Kids!
Did you know that God gave you the most powerful weapon in all the universe? It is stronger than the atomic bomb! And what is more awesome, God gave these weapons to you and me! Whaaaat! Yessss, it’s the truth! He is trusting us with these powerful weapons, not to be kept in a glass case to show our friends! He wants us to use it every day so that we can do all that Jesus did and to have victory over the devil’s evil works against us.
You must be wondering, what could be stronger than an atomic bomb?! Some of you, your most powerful weapon is your boogers, your friends run for their life when they see you bring them out! Haha!
The most powerful weapon is the BLOOD OF JESUS! Jesus shed His blood seven times and each of them are more powerful than the atomic bomb. Do you know the seven areas that Jesus shed His blood? Let’s name them out!
#1 BROW: Where Jesus shed drops of blood.
#2 BACK: Jesus was whipped 39 times with a whip 7 feet long that had sharp bone and metal pieces at the end.
#3 HEAD: Crown of thorns was pushed down on His head.
#4 FACE: His beard was plucked out.
#5 HANDS: Where nails were pounded in.
#6 FEET: More Nails were pounded in.
#7 SIDE: Soldiers pierced his side with a spear.
You got it!!! These are all our POWERFUL weapons. Each weapon has a specific purpose. The Blood from His BROW is used to heal us from anyone who has betrayed us or did not keep their promise and for us to say Yes to God when it is hard to obey him.
The Blood from His BACK is so we could be healed and forgiven of all the wrong we have done.
The Blood from His HEAD is for victory over the devil’s evil work to steal, kill, and destroy from the Amazing life God gave us.
The Blood from His FACE is to give us the image of God in our lives, so we know we are a child of God, we belong to God, and we see ourselves as God’s beautiful masterpiece.
The Blood from His hands are so we have authority & power like Jesus to heal, help & bless others.
The Blood from His FEET is so we can live in God’s purpose.
The Blood from His SIDE is so that we will receive God’s character (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control).
Now that you have all of God’s most powerful weapons this is how you use them. Believe with all your heart that the Blood of Jesus is POWERFUL and you use it by saying out loud what Jesus has done for you by His Blood.
If you are angry, or you are inpatient with your brother or sister, or you want to watch TV when you should be doing your homework. You just pray……Father in the Name of Jesus, I apply the Blood that was shed from Jesus’ side over me. The Blood of Jesus destroys and uproots anger, inpatients, and disobedience and gives me love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, self-control.
Jesus’ Blood is the most powerful weapon because no sin and no evil can stand against it.

Isaiah 53:4-5 (ICB)
But He took our suffering on Him
and felt our pain for us.
We saw His suffering.
We thought God was punishing Him.
But He was wounded for the wrong things we did.
He was crushed for the evil things we did.
The punishment, which made us well, was given to Him.
And we are healed because of His wounds.
