Don’t run up debts, except for the huge debt of love you own each other. 

Romans 13:8 (TMB)

Jesus paid a debt He did not ow because we owed a debt we could not pay. That debt was for our sins and the price He was was His life. Since you have been freed from sin and shame, you have incurred a new, huge debt. That huge debt that you owe to others is love. So start paying off your debt of love by serving others as you would serve the Lord.
