Revelation 19:16 (NIV)

The King

Hey Kids!

Have you ever looked at your friends and saw such awesomeness that it made you think, “How can God pick me to tell others about Jesus?  Sometimes when I talk my words don’t come out right and there’s been times that I even tripped while I was walking, but there was nothing on the ground to trip me!  I really don’t think that God should pick me because I for sure will mess things up for Him.  God needs the very best …..after all, He is the highest, most greatest of all.  He’s the King of all kings and the Lord of lords….He really needs someone great like Him!”

If you ever thought that way, drag that thought into the trash bin and delete it forever.  God really looks at your heart.  Are you humble, obedient to His Word, caring and loving to others, willing to admit to your faults and failures, not thinking you are better than others, and most importantly you always pray to God for help and to be near to Him?  No matter how many weaknesses you may have, God can make you into a superhero just like Jesus to help others.  Don’t be afraid, He will be with you and help you.  After all, He is the King of kings and Lord of lords, right?  So, nothing is impossible with Him!

You are really God’s Best and chosen by Him!  Yes, you are called by God, the King of all kings and the Lord of all lords has chosen you to represent Him and to tell others that God loves them and can give them forever life through Jesus.  The King is calling you!  How will you answer Him!

Pledge of Honor

Jesus is my King of all Kings, my Lord of all, and I am a hero of His Kingdom.

Today’s Bible Reading

1 Timothy 6:14-16 (ICB)

Do the things you were commanded to do. Do them without wrong or blame until the time when our Lord Jesus Christ comes again. God will make that happen at the right time. He is the blessed and only Ruler. He is the King of all kings and the Lord of all lords. God is the only One who never dies. He lives in light so bright that men cannot go near it. No one has ever seen God or can see him. May honor and power belong to God forever. Amen.

Romans 10:14-15  (ICB)

But before people can trust in the Lord for help, they must believe in him. And before they can believe in the Lord, they must hear about him. And for them to hear about the Lord, someone must tell them. And before someone can go and tell them, he must be sent. It is written, “How beautiful is the person who comes to bring good news.
