Winners Win!
A battle is going on for the hearts of humanity. On one side is the kingdom of satan and on the other, the kingdom of God. The Bible says, “The devil who rules this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe. They cannot see the light of the Good News—the Good News about the glory of Christ, who is exactly like God” (2 Corinthians 4:4 NCV). Humanity has been taken captive and blinded by the enemy of their souls. As a result, people don’t believe in Jesus Christ and don’t receive the forgiveness of sins, and they remain in darkness. We were all in that place of deception, blinded from the love of God, taken captive by the enemy of our souls.
I thank God for those who continued to pray for me. They fought in prayer; they continued to share about God’s love for me and how He gave His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ, to die on my behalf for the forgiveness of my sins. One day when they shared the gospel with me, the love of God won me over. I prayed with them to accept Jesus Christ into my heart to be my Lord and Savior. That was the greatest moment of my life! It was as if all of my burdens rolled away! God’s life came inside of me, and I was miraculously transferred from the kingdom of satan to the kingdom of God. I was won into the kingdom of God!
A year ago, I met this person who wanted prayer. He didn’t attend church, and he didn’t know Jesus. He was in the kingdom of satan, blinded by him, so he wouldn’t believe. I knew that God is greater than the devil, and He could remove the blindfolds off this man just as He did for me. God is all powerful. He loves everyone and wants everyone to have a relationship with Him. As I was praying for this man, he began to cry. He couldn’t stop crying, and the love of God touched his heart. I asked Him if he would like to receive Jesus Christ into his life as his personal Lord and Savior, and he did. He is another soul won to the Lord. Today, as a young Christian, he shares his testimony and tells others about Jesus’ love for them. He encourages his family, friends, and those he meets about God’s love. He wants to win their hearts to Jesus.
When anyone believes the gospel of Jesus Christ, they immediately change kingdoms. They are no longer in darkness; they are in the kingdom of God. They have been won to the Lord! They are now a winner! A winner can’t stop telling others about what Jesus did for them because they want to win others to Him. Winners simply win others to God with His love. (Pastor Scott Tsuha)
Seize the Moment
Have you shared your testimony with someone who is living in darkness? Have you shared God’s love with someone who has been shattered by life’s disappointments? Allow God’s love and compassion in you to change someone’s life forever.
Set Your Life
The greatest moments of my life are when I have the opportunity to win others to Jesus. Most people don’t share their testimony about God’s love and forgiveness because they feel that they are not prepared. If you feel that you are not prepared, I highly recommend you attend a Life Group and enroll in our Life Class and Destiny Training. Every winner finds a way to win. You are a winner the moment you believed in Jesus.
Today’s Declaration
Today, I will share the love of God with at least one person. I will share what You, Jesus, did for me when You came into my heart. I will be the answer to their prayers when I bring them the hope of the gospel. Today, I will seize life!
